摘　　要：目的 :观察巴曲抗栓酶、小剂量胰岛素和甘露醇联合治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法 :10 8例脑梗死病人随机分为治疗组 54例 ,用巴曲抗栓酶首剂10BU ,d 3及d 5各用 5BU ,静脉滴注 (静滴 ) ,胰岛素剂量视病人血糖高低而异 ,加入复方氯化钠注射液内 ,50 0mL/d ,静滴× 14d ;2 0 %甘露醇 2 50～50 0mL/d ,静滴× 7～ 14d。对照组 54例 ,用右旋糖酐_4 0葡萄糖注射液 50 0mL内加入脉络宁注射液 2 0mL/d ,静滴× 14d。 2组病人于治疗的d 2 ,d7,d 14进行神经系统缺损评分。结果 :治疗组d 14评分值 7±s9分 ,显著低于对照组 13± 9分 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :上述AIM: To observe clinical effects on treating patients with acute cerebral infarction by using a combination of batroxobin (DF_521), small dose of insulin, and mannitol. METHODS: Patients (n=108) suffering from acute cerebral infarction for less than 48 h were randomly divided into two groups of 54 patients each. Treatment group was treated with batroxobin (DF_521), first dose 10 BU, d 3 and d 5 both with 5 BU, iv drip. Based on blood glucose value various doses of insulin were added in 500 mL of compound sodium chloride injection, iv drip qd×14 d, 250_500 mL of 20% mannitol, iv drip×7_14 d; Control group was treated with 20 mL of Mailuoning were added in 500 mL of dextran_40 glucose injection, iv drip, qd×14. The scores of nervous system defect were evaluated by senior doctors on d 2, d 7, and d 14 after the treatment. RESULTS: The scores of the treatment group (7±9) were lower than those of the control group (13±9, P<0.01). CONCLUSION: The joint use of batroxobin (DF_521), small dose of insulin, and mannitol is effective in treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
