电子喉镜检查对小儿腺样体病变的诊治应用

摘　　要：目的探讨电子喉镜在腺样体肥大患儿疾病诊治中的应用。方法选取我院门诊以鼻塞,流涕,睡眠打鼾或耳闷听力下降为主要症状的患儿47例,应用电子喉镜观察在治疗前后腺样体大小、咽鼓管咽口及听力学检查在治疗前后的改变。结果对41例电子喉镜下确诊的腺样体肥大行腺样体刮除术,术后6月行电子喉镜复查,检查手术创面和咽鼓管咽口的情况。治愈39例(95.12%),好转2例,总有效率100%。结论电子喉镜检查在确诊腺样体肥大及其引起的咽鼓管咽术后疗效观察上具有直观、准确及操作简单的特点,可有效的应用于临床。Objective To explore the useful value of electron Laryngoscope in diagnosticate and therapy in children with adenoid vegetation. Methods 47 patients suffering from adenoid vegetation were examined with elatron laryngoslope in out-patient department in our hospital .Rrsults We operated on 41 patients with adenoid vegetation and rechecked with electron laryngoscope after 6 monthes. Conclusions Electron laryngoscope is a better way to diagnos adenoid vegetation and can be used effectively in clinic.
