摘　　要："四好"即"好品德、好技能、好使用、好形象","四好"文化是湖湘文化、交通文化、企业文化等多种文化水乳交融的产物。多年来,湖南交通职业技术学院践行"四好"文化,打造了一支既有理论知识又有实践经验的"双师"教学团队,为社会培养了大批德技双馨的高技能人才,树立了学院品牌,有力地推进了国家示范院校建设。The ＂four good＂ means having good morality, good skills, good image and being qualified for the job. It is the culture of Hunan, a cultural product comprised of the transportation culture, the corporate culture and many others. Over many years of practicing the ＂four good＂ culture, Hunan Communication Polytechnic has created a teaching team with both theoretical knowledge and practical experience and meanwhile we also have trained many high-skilled personnel for the society. The practicing of the ＂four good＂ culture has set a brand for the college and has powerfully promoted the building of a national demonstrative Institution.
