摘　　要：高等院校是为国家培养高级建设人才的摇篮,我国高等教育的质量、层次和水平直接影响我国社会主义市场经济建设进程。在经济全球化的背景下,中国高等教育面临世界范围的竞争,树立与时俱进的高等教育势在必行。在分析国外教学改革的特点和我国教学改革所面临的困难的基础上,提出了我国高等教育教学改革应采取的措施。Institutions of higher learning is the cradle for cultivating the high-level talented people. The quality of education has a direct impact on the process of China＇s socialist market economic development. In the context of economic globalization, China＇s higher education is facing worldwide competition. It is imperative now for us to establish the principle of progressing with the times. The paper has suggested some measures to be taken on the basis of the proposed reform of China＇s higher education and in the analysis of the characteristics of the reform of teaching abroad and the difficulties we are facing now.
