急性Crohn病误诊为急性阑尾炎1例

摘　　要：通过急性Crohn病误诊为急性阑尾炎1例报告,认为施行阑尾切除术时,应常规行右下腹脏器探查,尤其阑尾呈轻度炎性改变或无炎性改变。术中可疑Crohn病时,应取可疑组织快速症理检查。是否切除阑尾和(或)病变肠管,仍有争议,本文就此作一探讨。The author studies the case of acute Crohn＇s disease misdiagnosed as acute appendicitis and holds that conventional exploration into the right lower abdomen organs is necessary while performing the resection of appendix, especially when appendix has mild or no inflammatory lesions. The suspicious tissue should be taken and fast inspected in case of possible Crohn＇s disease found in operation. However, it is still controversial whether the appendix or diseased intestine should be removed, which will be discussed in this paper.
