摘 要:诺尔斯借用andragogy概念,以六个理论假设为基础创立成人教育学理论体系。其Andragogy学说是西方学术史上对成人教育学理论体系构建的第一次尝试。诺尔斯的Andragogy学说一经推出,就在学术界引起广泛反响,由此引发了关于andragogy与pedagogy二元划分以及对Andragogy学说定性问题的学术论争。本文认为,研究成人教育本身复杂的现象比关注概念界定及概念种类归属是更为有意义的问题,将焦点集中于对成人学习问题的探索能丰富诺尔斯的Andragogy学说。M. S. Knowles uses the concept of Andragogy to found the system of Andragogy theory based on the six basic theory assumptions. Knowles is the first person who sets up a comparatively close system of Andragogy theory in the western literature. His Andragogy theory evokes worldwide repercussions when it is published. It touches off a debate about the problem of Andragogy and pedagogy. This article points out that researching into the complicated education phenomena is more significant than studying the concept problem. It is believed that focus on the issue of adult learning is able to enrich the theory of Andragogy.
