摘　　要：通过对非对称战争的内涵和特点的阐述，揭示出信息化条件下非对称作战的实质，指出发展中国家如何在非对称条件下把握战争规律、谋求战争优势，在努力提高自己军事实力的同时，大力发展符合己方国情的撒手锏武器，积累和利用非对称优势，为遏制和打赢未来高技术条件下的现代战争做好准备。After expatiating the connotation and characters of asymmetric operations, this paper describes the essential of asymmetric operations. For the developing countries, how they could grasp the substance of nature wars and obtain predominance under unsymmetrical conditions is given in this paper. In order to catch up with the developed countries, great efforts must be taken to improve their military power. Furthermore, the developing countries could expand and accumulate their advantages in part through the whole bag of tricks to prepare for the possible wars.
