摘 要:以FeC l3溶液为原料制备了纳米固体超强酸催化剂Fe2O3/SO42-,对催化剂进行透射电镜(TEM)测定,样品颗粒呈管状,其粒径约100 nm.用红外光谱研究SO42-在金属氧化物固体表面上的存在形态与结构形式,表明该催化剂具有催化活性.以纳米固体超强酸SO42-/Fe2O3为催化剂,研究由对羟基苯甲酸与异丁醇直接酯化合成尼泊金异丁酯反应.通过正交实验研究了影响尼泊金异丁酯产率的主要因素,得到最佳实验条件为:醇酸物质的量比为4∶1、催化剂用量为尼泊金质量的3.0%、反应时间为3.0 h、反应温度为130℃.此时酯产率达到79.5%;考察了该催化剂的重复使用性.Nanometer solid super acid SO42-/Fe2O3 was prepared by FeCl3 solution. The spectrum of TEM indicated that it was crystalline, and approximately 100 nm. The FT-IR of SO4^2- on the surface of metal oxides indicted that the catalyst had catalytic activity. The Nipogin ester was synthesized from iso-Butyl alcohol and p-hydroxybenzoic acid and catalyzed by nanometer solid super acid SO4^2-/Fe2O3. The influencing factors of the reaction were investigated through orthogonal experiments. The optimal reaction conditions were obtained as follows : the mole ratio of alcohol to acid was 4: 1, the quantities of catalyst were 3.0% , and reaction time was 3. 0h, the reaction temperature was 130 ℃. The etherification yield reached 79.5 percent. The repetitive use of this catalyst was also reviewed.
