全垫升气垫船航行安全特性分析及思考

摘　　要：针对全垫升气垫船在航行中易产生侧漂、甩尾、低头埋首、甚至大幅横倾等危险进行航行特性分析,提出了建立航行稳定的边界与安全驾控的措施,并针对气垫船大型化发展,提出从围裙技术、驾控技术等方面开展深入研究,采取必要措施,提高气垫船的使用安全性。具有一定指导价值。Aiming at the dangers occured on all-lift hovercraft operation, such as sideslip, stern-kickoff, plough-in, great heeling and etc. , this paper puts forward the boundary for steady navigation and measures for safe control. According to the growing size of hovercrafts, it suggests that some researches should be developed on skirt technology, operation control technology and some necessary methods carried out to improve the operation safety for hovercraft.
