皮肤毛母细胞瘤8例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨皮肤毛母细胞瘤的组织学发生、临床病理特征、免疫组化表型及诊断要点.方法:对8例皮肤毛母细胞瘤进行光镜、免疫组化研究并复习相关文献.结果:肿瘤细胞为基底样细胞,呈小叶状或团块状分布,瘤巢周围细胞呈栅栏状排列.肿瘤细胞CK17(+)、WE3(+)、P63(+),而AR(-)、CK10(-).结论:皮肤毛母细胞瘤是毛源性良性肿瘤,需与基底细胞癌、孤立型毛发上皮瘤做鉴别诊断.诊断依据主要依靠组织学形态和免疫组化染色.Objective： To explore the phenotype and differential diagnosis clinicopathological features, histogenesis, immunohistochemical of trichoblastoma of skin. Methods：Eight cases of trichoblastoma of skin was studied histologically and immunohistochemically. The related literatures were reviewed. Results：The appearance of tumor cell was similar to basal cell. The cancer cell nest was foli- olum or massive and the peripheral cells were the palisade arrangement. The tumor cells were positive for CK17 ,AE3 and P63 ,but negative for AR and CK10. Conclusion：Trichoblastoma of skin is a kind of benign trichogenic tumor. The tumor is often confused with basal cell carcinoma and solitary trichoepithelioma, and the differential diagnosis depends mostly on morphological features of the tumor and immunohistochemical staining.
