摘　　要：创新是高校核心竞争力的源泉,高校核心竞争力形成的各个阶段都离不开创新。根据这一观点,从进化论角度阐述高校核心竞争力的形成机理,并通过生产能力创新、管理创新、文化创新和特色创新加快高校核心竞争力的自我演进速度,以保障高校的可持续发展。Innovation is the source of the university＇s core competitiveness, the University formed the core competitiveness of the various stages of innovation is essential. According to this view, the paper from the perspective of the evolution on the university＇s core competitiveness of the formation mechanism, and production capacity through innovation, management innovation, cultural innovation and innovative features to speed up the core competitiveness of the university＇s self-speed evolution, to protect the University of Sustainable Development.
