黄芪注射液合用水溶性维生素治疗婴幼儿肺炎合并心肌损伤疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察黄芪注射液合用水溶性维生素注射液治疗婴幼儿肺炎合并心肌损伤疗效。方法:将50例肺炎合并心肌损伤患儿随机分成2组,对照组(24例)给予常规治疗,治疗组(26例)在常规治疗的基础上加用黄芪注射液和水溶性维生素注射液分别静脉滴注,观察2组临床疗效,并检测2组治疗前后心肌酶谱活性变化。结果:治疗组总有效率92.31%,疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01),且5项心肌酶谱活性指标在治疗后下降明显快于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:黄芪注射液加用水溶性维生素注射液用于治疗肺炎合并心肌损伤效果显著。OBJECTIVE To observe the curative effect of Huangqi injection combined with water-soluble vitamine in treatment of pneumonia with myocardial damage. METHODS 50 cases were divided into 2 groups randomly, 24 cases in routine therapy group,26 cases in the combinative therapy group, the effect of treatment and the change of myocardial enzyme before and after treatment were observed in two groups. RESULTS The efficiency of 92. 31% in the combinative therapy group was higher than the routine therapy group（P〈0. 01） ; and the fail of five items myocardial enzyma activity after treatment was faster than routine therapy group（P〈0. 01）. CONCLUSION The effect of Huangqi injection combined with water-soluble vitamine injection in treatment of pneumonia with myocardial damage is very obvious.
