摘 要:为研究饮食性肥胖鼠下丘脑单胺类神经递质含量和肥胖的关系,以及耐力训练对其影响,选用44只雄性离乳SD大鼠,36只饲以高脂饲料,其余为对照。10周后,高脂组18只鼠确定为饮食诱发肥胖大鼠(DIO),其中8只用跑台进行耐力训练(65-75%Vo2max)。所有大鼠继续饲养8周后处死。所有大鼠记录能量摄入,以高效液相色谱法测定下丘脑单胺类神经递质。结果如下:肥胖鼠不存在多食,下丘脑NE、DA和5-HT增加。耐力运动可以提高下丘脑NE含量。提示,下丘脑单胺类神经递质的改变可能与高脂饮食的能量密度高有关。耐力训练可有效地降低饮食性肥胖鼠体脂,但并不是通过下丘脑单胺类神经递质的调节作用实现的。This study was to clarify the relationship of hypothalamus monoamine neurotransmitters and obesity,and the effects of endurance. training on them in dietary obese rats. 36 of 44 male weaning SD rats were fed with high fat diet for 10 weeks, of which 18 rats became dietary obese (DIO). 8 DIO rats underwent endurance training with treadmill treadmill (65 - 75% VO2nax). All rats. continued feeding for another 8 weeks, and energy intake was measured and hypothalamus monoamine nuerotransmiters were determine determined by high-performance hypothalamus monoance-performance liqlid chromatography. Results showed that the rats were not in hyperphagia Hpothalamus noradrenaline(NE), dopamine(DA) and 5 - hydroxytryptamine(5-HT) increased in obese rats.Endurance training could enhance hypothalamus NE. lt was demonstrated that alteration of hypothalmus monoamine.neurotransmiters ty .ltt. ttth.high-.i.bk.i.highfttdi.t, -dt.dt-....i.g..d.fftti..lvtdt.Myftt, however, it was regulated by the hypothalamus monoamine neurotransmitters in DIO rats.
