摘 要:为推广应用细纱高速纺纱技术,对高速锭子的结构特点及推广细纱高速纺纱的基础条件、技术措施、经济效益等进行了分析和论述。指出:“中速中卷装”一定会被细纱高速纺纱代替,这是环锭细纱技术发展的必然。细纱高速纺纱的核心是高速节能锭子。推广细纱高速纺纱必须对主机设备特别是卷绕部件进行配套的技术改造并改进有关工艺。细纱高速纺纱可增产20%-30%,节能15%左右,节约用油和降低锭子维护费用,使细纱质量有所提高,投资回收期可控制在2年以内。从而获得良好的经济效益。To promote high speed spinning technology, on the basis of analysing basic demand and structure feature of high speed spindle, basic condition, technology measure and economy benefit of promoting high speed spinning technology were analysed and discussed. It is pointed out that medium speed and medium package will be replaced by high speed spinning technology, which is inevitable for ring spinning technology development. The key of high speed spinning is high speed energy-saving spindle. The features are adopting separated type spindle bottom, miniaturization of upper bearing, single or double elastic spindle insert, aluminum tube spindle and preventing oil fly measure. High speed spinning is a systematic project, main equipment especially matched technology of winding part and processing should be modified. High speed spinning could ensure output increase from 20% to 30% , saving energy about 15% , saving oilconsumption and reducing spindle maintenance, which could improve spinning quality, reduce accidental yarn defect, payback period could be controlled less than two years and better economy benefits could be realized.
