摘　　要：本文从两个方面阐述南宋产科专家陈自明在中医产科学上的成就。其一，对宋以前中医催生技术作了全面、系统的总结，强调产前养血安胎是足月顺产的先决条件，对难产病症必须分辨病因，属于催生适应证者，先以手法治疗为先，外治、内治并用；其二。This paper is presented from 2 aspects, Firstly, a systematic and overall summary on the induction techniques for delivery, emphasizing that the antepartal nourishing and easing fetus are the prerequisites for full term parturition. For difficult delivery, differentiation on etiology is necessary. Indications for induced delivery should be first treated by manipulation combined with internal therapy. Secondly, applying rabbit brain for induction of delivery.
