摘 要:为达到间歇反应动态安全性能控制和产品质量控制的双重目标,采用动态规划方法求解间歇反应过程的优化问题,结合通用模型控制算法实现间歇过程的动态优化和集成控制.首先将间歇反应过程分解成动态优化模型及过程控制模型,然后通过动态优化与闭环控制策略集成,同时考虑不确定参数的影响,来提高间歇过程的产品质量及运行安全性.将该方法应用于连串放热反应的间歇过程,结果验证了其可行性和正确性.In order to implement the safe operation of batch reaction and to guarantee the quality of a desired product, the dynamic programming method is adopted to solve the optimization problem, and the common model control algorithm is employed to dynamically optimize and integratedly control the batch reaction process. In the investigation, first, the reaction process is divided into a dynamic optimization model and a process control one. Then, by considering the effects of uncertain parameters, the dynamic optimization and the close-loop control strategy are integrated to imporve the product quality and guarantee the operation safety. The proposed method is finally applied to a batch reactor adopting the consecutive exothermic reaction scheme. The results verify the feasibility and correctness of the method.
