摘  要:目的:探讨制作小型猪心肌梗死模型安全、稳定的方法。方法:小型猪20头,在经口气管插管、复合麻醉下结扎左冠状动脉前降支建立小型猪急性心肌梗死模型。术中心电监护,术后3d行冠状动脉造影检查,8周取心肌组织病理检查。结果:心电监护示结扎瞬间心电图即表现ST段弓背向上抬高,冠状动脉造影见左冠状动脉前降支远端完全闭塞,病理切片见梗死心肌为大量结构紊乱的纤维组织所取代。结论:经口气管插管、复合麻醉下结扎冠状动脉可成功建立小型猪心肌梗死模型,动物死亡率低。Objective To establish a secure and effective method of acute myocardial infaretion in miniswines. Methods Twenty miniswines were selected and subjected to in tracheal intubation by cavity and combined anesthesia, the left anterior descending coronary artery was legated. In surgery electrocardio guardianship, surgery latter 3 days coronary arteriography and 8 weeks myocardial pathology inspection were performed. Results After coronary artery, ligation, ST section was upwardly raised, far-end of the left anterior descending coronary artery was completely unenlightened and infracted myocardium was replaced by massive disorder fiber structure. Conclusion Miniswine model of acute myocardial infarction can be established successfully by coronary ligature in tracheal intabation by cavity and combined anesthesia and using this method experimental animal mortality rate is low.
