摘　　要：青少年体育俱乐部对学校体育、社区体育、竞技体育的发展都起到重要的作用,日本是我们的邻国,在文化上有很多值得我们借鉴的地方。日本青少年体育俱乐部建设较早,其在青少年参加体育俱乐部的项目选择、体育设施综合利用、体育后备人才培养、青少年身心素质训练方面对我国青少年体育俱乐部建设有启示作用。The young people Sports club to the Physical Education,the community sports,athletics sport s development plays the vital role,Japan is our neighboring country,has the place which in the culture is worth us using for reference.The Japanese young people Sports club construction early,it participates in the Sports club in the young people the project choice,the sports facilities comprehensive utilization,the sports reserve personnel training,the young people body and mind quality training aspect to have the enlightenment function to our country young people Sports club construction.
