针刺对高血压病患者血管内皮细胞内分泌功能的调节作用

摘　　要：本文观察了28例高血压病患者针刺治疗前后的血压、血清一氧化氮及血浆内皮素-1等指标的变化,并作相关性分析。结果显示,针刺治疗后患者血压明显下降(P<0.01);血清一氧化氮较治疗前显著回升(P<0.01),且与血压变动间存在负相关(r=-0.401,P<0.05);血浆内皮素-1含量降低;内皮素-1与一氮化氮比值随之减低,且与血压改变明显相关(r=0.381,P<0.05)。提示,针刺治疗可能是通过影响血管内皮细胞的内分泌功能,调节体内内皮源性收缩因子与舒张因子间的平衡而发挥对高血压病患者的降压作用。The paper reported the dedection and correlation analysis on the changes of blood pressure, the level of serum nitric oxide(No) and plasma endothelin - 1 (ET- l) in 28 patients with hypertension before and after acupuntured. The results showed that the patient's blood pressure and plasme ET - 1 level reduced significantly (P<0.01) after acupunctured, the senim NO level rose obviously that it showed a negative correlationship with the changes of BP (r = 0.401, P < 0.05) , the ratio of ET - 1 and NO reduced, that it showed a significant correlationship with the changes of BP(r = 0.38, P<0.05). These suggested that the regulating effects of acupuncture on BP of patients with hypertension may be by effecting the endocring function of vascular endothelial cells, regulating the balance between endothe Hum - derived contracting factor and endo thelium - deried relaxing factor.
