心脏黏液瘤的超声诊断分析

摘　　要：目的对心脏黏液瘤的超声心动图特征进行分析和再探讨。方法回顾分析51例经手术及病理确诊为心脏黏液瘤患者的超声心动图资料,总结瘤体的发生部位、形态及声学特征。结果51例黏液瘤中50例瘤体发生于心腔内,1例在肌壁间。本组心腔内的黏液瘤具有:①多为单心腔单发、多带蒂;②形态为椭圆形或分叶状,表面多较光滑,但少数表面可呈绒毛状,其中3例因出现栓塞而急诊手术;③声像图上表现为不同强度的均质性回声46例,混合性回声4例。术后随访47例,1例复发并恶变。结论心脏黏液瘤的发生部位和表面结构可以多样化,超声心动图对心脏黏液瘤有很高的诊断价值。Objective To explore and analyze the characteristics of cardiac myxoma by echocardiography.Methods Fifty - one cases of cardiac myxoma were confirmed by surgery and pathology, then their sonograms were analyzed retrospectively, focused on the location, surface and sonogram features of the tumors. Results In 51 cases, 50 cases were found in heart chambers,and 1 case was found in myocardium. The features of heart chambers myxoma in this study were： Most of the tumors happened in single chamber with pedicel. All the tumors were oval or sublobe in shape with smooth surface, but a few of them were villifonn, 3 cases of them received emergency surgery for embolism. Forty - six cases of the tumors were iso - echoic in sonograms, and 4 cases were mix - echoic. Forty - seven cases were followed up after operation, only 1 case was found to recur with malignant myxoma. Conclusion Cardiac myxomas differs in location, surface and sonogram features, and echocardiography has high diagnostic value in treatment.
