摘　　要：目的研究BMP4 mRNA在胚胎SD大鼠牙胚中的表达,探讨BMP4 mRNA在牙胚发育中的调控作用和意义.方法建立和制备SD大鼠胚胎时期13～19 d等多时间点的牙胚发育模型,用HE染色对牙胚发育的时空变化进行组织学观察以确定牙胚发育的时期,再用原位分子杂交检测BMP4 mRNA在牙胚发育中的表达.结果BMP4 mRNA阳性细胞在SD大鼠牙胚发育的不同时期均有表达,而且规律性地出现在牙上皮和牙乳头的外胚间充质细胞中.结论BMP4在牙胚发育中的表达特点表明,BMP4可能参与诱导外胚间充质细胞聚集,诱导细胞增殖、分化,诱导成牙本质细胞分泌基质.Objective The purpose of this paper was to investigate the expression of bone morphogenetic protein （BMP） - 4 mRNA in the developing molars of mice, and discuss its effect and significance in different stages of tooth development. Methods The expression of BMP-4 mRNA were examined in developing mouse molars between the 13th and the 19th （the 13th embryonic day and the 19th embryonic day） , by using in situ hybridization methods. Results BMP4 mRNA positive cells were detected at different stages of tooth development. And they were regularly concentrated in the dental epithelium cells and the mesenchymal cells. Conclusion BMP4 distributions indicate that it maybe participates in during the development of mouse embryonic teeth.
