摘  要:水资源短缺已经成为制约经济发展的一个主要影响因素,灌溉用水在我国总用水中占据很大部分,实施节水灌溉技术可节约大量水资源。为节约灌溉成本,以各轮灌组灌溉耗时差异最少为目标,考虑了各管段的流量限制、开启约束及灌水时间约束建立了管道流量控制模型。对模型变量进行矩阵化处理以方便计算。为高效求解模型,将其由0-1规划转化为目标分配问题。经测试,所建立管道灌溉流量控制模型运行稳定,效果良好,具备很好的应用前景。The shortage of water resource has become one of the main restricts for nation's economic development. Irrigation water takes a very important part in the whole water use. The water saving irrigation technology can save lots of water. In order to economize the cost of irrigation, the pipe flux control model, in which the object function is to minimize the difference of runtime among different irrigation teams, the flux restrict, irrigation time restrict and unlock restrict are considered ,is studied in this paper. The model variables are matrixing treated to resolve the model easier. To resolve the model more efficiently, the 0--1 integral programming is transformed to target distributes programming. Through sample test, the result indicates that the pipe flux control model can steadily run, is feasible, has good application prospect.
