摘 要:高考制度有社会选拔与教育引领两种核心功能,由于社会功能紧迫性与教育功能间接性的存在,高考改革往往重视社会功能而忽视教育功能。事实上,高考在"以考引学、以考定学、以考促学"上发挥着极其重要的教育功能;但在高考"重选拔轻教育"的情况下,学校教育出现了"高考形式日常化、高考竞争指标化与高考内容绝对化"的不良倾向。为此,加强高考自身的科学化建设,促进高考形式的多样化,推进高考对学生学习能力的评价功能,丰富高考形式,是提升高考制度教育功能的主要策略。The college entrance examination system has two core functions of making the social selection and guiding the education. As a result of the urgency of social function and the indirectness of the educational function, the college entrance examination reforms often emphasize the social function while neglecting the educational function. As a matter of fact, the college entrance examination displays its extremely important educational function in "directing learning by tests, deciding learning by tests and promoting learning by tests". But in the case that the college entrance examination regards selection as superior to education, there has appeared a harmful tendency that doing the college entrance examination papers is a routine job, there are indices for its competition andits contents are absolute. Therefore, the main strategies of promoting the educational function of the college entrance examination system include the following aspects: to enhance the construction of the scientific system of college entrance examination, to promote the diversification of its form, to improve its ability of assessing students' learning capability and to enrich its forms.
