电针治疗后天性眼外肌麻痹的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：观察电针对后天性眼外肌麻痹的治疗效果。方法：后天性眼外肌麻痹患者３５例为对照组用常规药物治疗。３０例为观察组在常规药物治疗的同时应用电针治疗。结果：治疗组中治愈１６例，占５３３％；有效２７例，占９００％。对照组中治愈４例，占１１４％；有效２２例，占６２８％。两组治愈率与有效率相比有显著性差异（Ｐ＜００５）。结论：电针疗法可以促进麻痹眼外肌功能的恢复。OBJECTIVE: To observe effect of electric needles in the treatment of the patients with acquired ocular muscle paralysis METHODS: As a control group, thirty five patients were treated with routine medicines Thirty patients were treated with routine medicines and electric needles in the observation group RESULTS: Sixteen cases (533%) were cured and 27 cases (900%) were effective in the observation group They were 4 cases (114%) and 22 cases (628%) respectively in the control group There was a Statistic significant between the constituent ratio of two groups (P<005) CONCLUSION: Electric needle therapy can improve the function rehabilitation of paralyzed ocular muscles
