摘　　要：Maspin基因是一种肿瘤抑制基因,在细胞的迁徙、运动和增殖中起重要作用,并能抑制肿瘤的发生和发展。本研究通过对Maspin基因的结构特点、在肿瘤方面的研究现状及临床应用作一综述,为恶性肿瘤的诊断和治疗提供一种新的有效的途径。Maspin is a kind ofgene used to restrain tumor, It plays significant role in the flit, movement, and multiplication of the cellular and it can restrain the occurrence and development of the tumor. This research will review the structural characteristics and the research situation and the clinic application of the gene Maspin. This aims to provide a new proficient approach to the diagnosis and treatment of the malignancy.
