摘 要:由印刷机滚筒间幂律型油墨的二维运动方程导出了方程的一维形式,给出了滚筒间橡胶套形变量近似公式,利用有限差分法实现了滚筒间幂律型油墨压力分布计算。结果表明:压力分布曲线接近抛物线形分布,与现有实验结果基本吻合,克服了直接求解幂律油墨运动方程所存在的困难,为进一步开展印压对油墨渗透及印刷质量控制研究提供了重要的理论依据。The simplified one dimension movement differential equation of ink was derived from the two-dimension movement equation between the two rollers of printer; and the approach formula of deformation of rubber case between the two rollers of printer was derived. The computation of pressure distribution of printing ink between two rollers of printer was realized with finite difference method. The results showed that the curve of the pressure distribution of printing ink is like a parabola, which is in agreement with the result of existing experiment. This method overcomes the difficulty of direct solving the equation of power ink and sets up the theoretical foundation for studying the permeation of printing ink and controlling the printing quality.
