青年女性乳腺癌hMSH2和BAG-1的表达及临床相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨hMSH2和BAG-1在青年女性乳腺癌组织中的表达及其与乳腺癌临床病理特征的关系。方法用免疫组织化学方法对100例乳腺癌组织与60例乳腺良性病变组织中hMSH2、BAG-1的表达进行检测。结果乳腺癌中hMSH2和BAG-1的表达率分别为73．0％和82．0％，而乳腺良性病变二者的表达率分别为28．3％和15．0％。乳腺良、恶性病变之间hMSH2和BAG-1的表达率差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。且与乳腺癌的组织学类型、临床分期、肿瘤大小、雌激素受体、孕激素受体无关（P〉0．05），但与腋窝淋巴结转移相关（P〈0．05）。结论hMSH2和BAG-1参与了乳腺癌的发生发展过程，二者可以作为判断乳腺癌生物学行为的参考指标。Objective To investigate the expression and the clinical relationship of hMSH2 and BAG - 1 in breast carcinoma of youth women. Methods The expression of hMSH2 and BAG - 1 were detected by immunohistochemical technique in 100 cases of breast carcinoma and 60 cases of benign breast diseases. Results The positive expression rate of hMSH2 and BAG - 1 were 73.0% and 82.0% in breast carcinoma with 28.3% and 15.0% in benign breast diseases, showing a significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The expression had no correlation to histological types, clinical stage, tumor size. extrogen receptor and progestagen receptor（ P 〉 0.05 ）. but was correlated to axillary lymph nodes metastasis（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions hMSH2 and BAG - 1 may play an important role in the carcinogenesis and development of breast carcinoma. The expression of hMSH2and BAG - 1 can be used as an indicator for the determination of the biological behavior of breast carcinoma.
