改性天然沸石与超临界萃取法分离蜂胶中的铅

摘  要:研究改性天然沸石分离蜂胶中的铅,并与超临界萃取法作比较,两种方法的除铅效果都很明显,铅含量降低53倍~177倍。用3.6mol/L的盐酸改性的天然沸石除铅效果最佳。改性天然沸石除铅后比超临界萃取后蜂胶中黄酮的提取量提高了1倍。改性天然沸石除铅后蜂胶中钙、铁、锌等含量也有所降低,尤以钙的降低最明显。Modified natural zeolite was used to remove Pb in propolis, and compared the effect of removing Pb with supercritical CO2extraction. The results showed that the effect of two methods removing Pb in propolis was very obvious and the content of Pb was reduced by 53 times-177 times. The acidity of modified natural zeolite was discussed, and 3.6 was to found to have the best effect. The flavonoid of effect composition in propolis using supercritical CO2 extraction was lower by 50 % than which using modified natural zeolite. Other chemical elements in propolis, such as Ca, Fe, Zn, were decreased, and the decreased of Ca was the most obvious.
