摘 要:基于精英蚂蚁寻优策略,将大跨径桥梁的钢桥面板和铺装层作为桥面铺装系整体进行结构优化设计。以铺装层正常使用年限最长和结构总重量最轻作为优化设计的目标函数,在此基础上建立多目标优化设计的数学模型。针对模型的离散变量优化设计特点和具有并行计算的条件,引入精英蚂蚁寻优策略进行求解。借助大型有限元软件ANSYS和Matlab6.5编程技术,开发了钢桥面铺装体系结构多目标优化设计程序。以国内某大跨径钢桥为对象,采用多目标优化设计方法,给出了钢桥面铺装体系中各参数的优化设计值。所选择的设计变量范围覆盖了目前常用的正交异性钢桥面系结构参数值,且应用精英蚂蚁寻优策略对大跨径钢桥面铺装体系优化设计是可行的。The optimum designs of long-span orthotropic steel bridge deck and its pavement system were studied based on super excellent ant colony optimization strategy. The minimum weight of the pavement system and the maximum work-life of pavement were selected as the design objectives.Furthermore, the mathematical model for multiple objective optimum designs of steel bridge deck pavement was established. Super excellent ant colony optimization strategy of ant algorithm was introduced to the structural optimization problem, aiming at discrete and parallel processing ability of the model. Using the softwares ANSYS and Matlab6.5, a multiple objective optimum design program for the long-span orthotropic steel bridge deck and its pavement system was developed. The optimal values of parameters for steel bridge pavement systems were obtained through multiple-objective optimal design for a long-span steel bridge in China. The range of the design parameters contained the actual values of the practical steel bridge deck pavement system. The result shows that super excellent ant colony optimization strategy is reasonable for optimum design of long-span steel bridge pavement system.
