摘 要:①目的探讨胎盘型谷胱甘肽S-转移酶(GSTπ)在肝癌及癌旁组织的表达及意义。②方法应用抗人GSTπ多克隆抗体,以LSAB免疫组织化学方法检测77例肝细胞癌及癌旁组织中GSTπ的表达。③结果77例肝细胞癌中,GSTπ阳性表达率为89.6%;癌旁组织中,增生结节GSTπ阳性表达率为71.1%(27/38),肝硬化组织为22.9%(8/35);肝癌及增生结节中GSTπ阳性表达率显著高于肝硬化组织(χ2=44.9,16.9;P<0.001);且肝癌与增生结节两组间GSTπ阳性表达率亦有显著性差异(χ2=6.35,P<0.02)。GSTπ表达与Edmondson组织分级无关(χ2=1.96,P>0.25)。④结论GSTπ可作为肝细胞癌及癌前病变的标志酶。Objective To study the value of expression of glutathione S transferase placental form (GSTπ) in human hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) and its surrounding tissues. Methods GSTπ was detected in 77 cases of HCC and their surrounding tissues with LSAB immunohistochemical technique. Results Positive expression rate of GSTπ was 89.7% in HCC;In pericarcinomatous tissues, GSTπ positive rate in hyperplastic nodules and in cirrhosis was 71.1% and 22.9% respectively; The positive rate of GSTπ in HCC and hyperplastic nodule was significantly higher than that in cirrhosis( χ 2=44.9,16.9;P< 0.001); The GSTπ positive rate in HCC was higher than that in hyperplastic nodules( χ 2=6.35,P< 0.02). GSTπ expression was not correlated with HCC Edmondson's grade( χ 2=1.96,P> 0.25). Conclusion GSTπ is a new marker for immunohistochemical detection of human HCC and its preneoplastic lesions, and it may be valuable in the early diagnosis of HCC.
