摘 要:①目的探讨癌周肝组织与肝癌组织发生之间的关系。②方法应用免疫组织化学方法对60例原发性肝癌及其癌周组织中C-myc基因进行检测。③结果C-myc基因在肝癌和癌周增生结节及癌周肝硬变组织中的阳性率分别为38.3%(23/60),40.5%(15/37)和26.7%(8/30)。经统计学处理,肝癌与增生结节、肝硬变组织间差异均无显著性(χ2=0.05,1.21,P均>0.05),增生结节与肝硬变组织间差异亦无显著性(χ2=1.41,P>0.05)。④结论C-myc癌基因过度表达是肝癌癌变过程中的重要因素;C-myc癌基因的过度表达可能与癌周增生结节的恶性转化有较密切的关系。癌周增生结节属癌前期病变。Objective To study the relationship between the pericarcinomatous tissues and hepatocarcinogenesis. Methods C myc gene expression was detected immunohistochemically in 60 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) and their pericarcinomatous tissues. Results The positive rates of C myc gene expression in HCC, hyperplastic nodules and liver cirrhosis in the pericarcinomatous tissues were 38.3%(23/60),40.5%(15/37) and 26.7%(8/30) respectively. The differences between HCC and hyperplastic nodules, liver cirrhosis in pericarcinomatous tissue were not significant( χ 2=0.05,1.21,P>0 05) . Conclusion Overexpression of C myc gene is an important factor in the development of HCC; C myc overexpression may be closely related to the malignant transformation of hyperplastic nodules in the pericarcinomatous tissues. Hyperplastic nodules in the pericarcinomatous tissues were preneoplastic lesions, and were related to hepatocarcinogenesis.
