游离下唇复合组织瓣移植整复双侧唇裂术后畸形

摘　　要：①目的更好地整复双侧唇裂术后上唇凹陷畸形，使２期手术１期完成。②方法应用下唇复合组织瓣游离移植１次完成整复双侧唇裂上唇凹陷畸形４例，所切取复合组织瓣大小分别为１．０ｃｍ×１．０ｃｍ，１．２ｃｍ×１．２ｃｍ，１．３ｃｍ×１．２ｃｍ，１．６ｃｍ×１．３ｃｍ．③结果４例复合组织瓣全部成活。④结论本方法使原需２次完成的手术１次完成，避免了上、下唇缝合在一起。移植组织与受区组织的解剖标志对位准确。Objective To repair the secondary notched deformity of bilateral upper cleft lip by one stages instead of two stages. Methods Transfer correction with free composite lower lip graft were performed in 4 cases of secondary notched deformity of bilateral upper cleft lip. The size of the free composite lower lip graft were 1.0cm×1.0cm,1.2cm×1.2cm,1.3cm×1.2cm,1.6cm×1.3cm respectively. Results The operations were successful and the grafts in 4 cases were all alive. Conclusion Make the operation done by one stage instead of two stages can avoid suturing the upper lip and the lower lip together. This method can make an accurate apposition suture of the anatomic sign and can also meet our aesthetic demand.
