摘 要:以偏钨酸铵(Ammonium Metatungstate,or AMT)为原料,采用喷雾干燥-氢气气氛下一步还原法制备了超细钨粉。采用XRD研究了还原过程中粉末的相变化过程,扫描电镜观测粉末形貌,BET表征了粉末粒度。结果表明:经过喷雾干燥处理过的偏钨酸铵粉末颗粒呈球壳状,粉末体孔隙率高达71.5%。再将前驱体粉末进行煅烧和一步还原,得到了粒度为0.44μm而且分布均匀的钨粉。The ultra-fine tungsten powder was successfully fabricated by spray-drying and one step hydrogen reductioncontinuous by using Ammonium Metatungstate(AMT). The appearance, phase transformation process of reduction and mean particle size of the powder were characterized by SEM, XRD and BET respectively. The results show that the AMT powder with a special spherical shell structure exhibiting a high porosity of 71.5 % were prepared by spray-drying of aqueous solution of AMT. The superfine tungsten powder was obtained by subsequent calcination of AMT and reduction with W particle sizes of about 0.44 μm and uniform distribution.
