探讨蒸压加气混凝土砌块含水率的控制

摘　　要：蒸压加气混凝土砌块含水率，直接影响到砌块的干燥收缩值。含水率越高，收缩值越大，墙体越易开裂。因此，我们要求砌块在上墙时应达到一个平衡含水率，以保证砌筑质量。但平衡含水率与制品的品种、质量、堆放条件、当地温湿度和堆放时间相关。本文就施工质量和制品含水率作了探讨。The AAC brick water ratio influence to brick drying shrinkage value directly. The water ratio is higher, the shrinkage ratio is bigger, and the wall is easier to crack. Therefore, we request the AAC brick when on wall should achieve an equilibrium water ratio, guarantees the masonry and building quality. But the equilibrium water ratio is connected with product variety, quality, storage condition, local humiture and storage time. This article has made the discussion on the construction quality and the product water ratio.
