三峡库区绿色航运对策研究

摘　　要：针对三峡库区绿色航运发展的现状及相关需求，阐述了国际航运的现状和发展，对长江航运的现状及发展趋势进行了分析，研究了三峡库区绿色航运的形势、发展机遇及其特点，在上述研究的基础上，指出了推进三峡库区绿色航运存在的主要问题及对策，包括基础设施、运力结构、运输形式、港口物流、三峡旅游、节能减排、航运交易、人才培养等，最后对三峡库区绿色航运作出了展望。Aiming at the present status and related requirement of green navigation in Sanxia area, this paper expounds present status on development of international navigation and analyzes present status and trend of navigation in Changjiang River and studies on development opportunity and character for Sanxia. It points out the main problems and countermeasure of green navigation for Sanxia including basement equipment, transport capability, transport status, physical distribution for ports, tour in Sanxia, energy saving, navigation business and culture persons. At last, it expects on green navigation in Sanxia.
