玻璃纤维桩并树脂修复上前牙冠折伴安氏Ⅱ类错临床观察

摘　　要：目的:针对安氏Ⅱ类深覆青少年上颌前牙冠折患者,使用玻璃纤维桩并树脂修复体进行早期修复和正畸治疗,观察其疗效。方法:患者35例,患牙37颗,以玻璃纤维桩并复合树脂修复,其中30例患者接受了正畸治疗。结果:本研究中所修复的37颗牙,在2年随访中,修复体均无脱落折断。结论:采用玻璃纤维桩并复合树脂修复安氏Ⅱ类错深覆青少年前牙冠折,可获得良好的固位及美观效果,并为正畸治疗及成年后永久修复治疗创造条件。Objective： To evaluate the clinical effects of restoration of the endodontically treated maxillary younger incisors with crown fracture and Angle Ⅱ malocclusion with glass fiber post and composite resin. Methods： 35 patients and 37 teeth with incisor crown fracture were restored with glass fiber post and composite resin. And among them, 30 patients also received orthodontic treatment. Results： All the restorations of the 37 teeth have shown prefect station in the following two years research. Conclusions： Restoration made from glass fiber post and composite resin can achieve esthetic effect for younger incisor with crown fracture, and set the base for the following orthodontic treatment and prosthetics treatment in adults.
