Celluvisc治疗角膜上皮病变的初步报告

摘　　要：为评价Ｃｅｌｕｖｉｓｃ治疗角膜上皮病变的效果，采用前瞻性研究，将３４例５７眼角膜上皮病变患者随机分为Ｃｅｌｕｖｉｓｃ治疗组（１７例２９眼）及ＳｏｌｏｃｏｓｅｒｙＥｙｅ－ｇｅｌ对照组（１７例２８眼），观察两组的治疗效果。结果：经４周的治疗及随访，治疗组２９眼均有效，其中９眼治愈，２０眼好转。对照组有２１眼有效，其中５眼治愈，１６眼好转，无效７眼，均为干眼症患者，且经应用Ｃｅｌｕｖｉｓｃ治疗后好转。在点状角膜炎及角膜上皮缺损组，两组的治愈率与好转率经统计学处理无显著差异（Ｘ２检验，Ｘ２＝１．２０８，Ｐ＞０．２５）。但在泪液分泌不足的干眼症组，治疗组的好转率明显高于对照组（Ｘ２检验，Ｘ２＝９．９７５，Ｐ＜０．００５）。结论：Ｃｅｌｕｖｉｓｃ治疗角膜上皮病变安全、有效，尤其适用于治疗干眼引起的角膜上皮病变。urpose　To　evaluate　the　effect　of　Celluvisc　for　the　treatment　of　corneal　epithial　diseases.Methods　The　34　patients(57　eyes)with　corneal　epithial　diseases　were　enrolled　in　this　study.The　patients　were　divided　into　group　one(17　cases,29　eyes)treated　with　Celluvisc　and　group　two(17　cases,28　eyes)treated　by　Solocosery　Eyegel.The　effect　was　observed　and　compared　between　two　groups.Results　All　patients　were　treated　and　followed　for　four　weeks.The　29　eyes　in　group　one　were　effective,with　9　eyes　were　cured.21　eyes　in　group　two　were　effective,with　5　eyes　were　cured.And　the　another　7　eyes　suffer　with　dry　eye　were　noeffective,which　were　improved　by　Celluvise.The　cured　and　improved　rate　between　two　groups　were　no　different　in　statistics(X2=1208,P>025)in　punctual　keratitis　and　corneal　defe　ct.The　symptoms　and　fluorescein　staining　in　group　one　were　significent　improvement　than　that　in　group　two　(X2=9975,P<0005)Conclusion　The　Celluvisc　is　a　effective　and　safe　drug　in　treatment　of　corneal　epithial　diseases.And　it　is　the　one　of　the　best　eyedrops　to　treat　corneal　epithial　abnormal　induced　by　dry　eye.
