活体角巩膜缘测量及小梁切除组织的观察

摘　　要：显微镜下对５４例６２只手术眼进行活体角巩膜缘宽度测量，以结膜返折线为前界，角巩膜缘与不透明巩膜的交界线为后界，测得成人眼１２点钟位角巩膜缘宽度为１．３６ｍｍ（０．９２～１．８２ｍｍ）。同时对１６只眼的小梁切除标本行组织学观察发现，９眼见Ｓｃｈｗａｌｂｅ线和小梁结构，３眼见Ｓｃｈｗａｌｂｅ线和前部小梁，１眼见Ｓｃｈｗａｌｂｅ线，１眼见少许睫状肌，２眼未见房角结构。提示：小梁切除术选择以角巩膜缘后界之前、后各０．５ｍｍ处垂直于眼球壁的切口较为合理。he　width　of　corneoscleral　limbus　of　62　living　eyes　of　54　cases　were　measured　to　be　136mm(092～182mm)microscopically　at　12　oclock　in　dults.Meanwhile　trabeculetomy　was　done　in　16　eyes.The　histology　of　them　shawed　that,both　Schwalbes　line　and　trabecular　meshwork　were　found　in　9　eyes,the　line　and　anterior　part　of　trabecular　meshwork　is　3　eyes,and　the　line.ciliary　muscles　or　sclera　in　others.It　is　suggested　that　the　incision　of　trabeculetomy　should　be　plaeed　at　05mm　anterior　and　posterior　to　posterior　margin　of　the　limbus　and　perpendicular　to　the　surface　in　most　eyes.
