摘　　要：干扰素用于小梁切除术的临床观察迟蕙费兴波①余顺麻丛田丽伟山西省眼科医院（０３０００２）对２７例青光眼患者行小梁切除术，分别于手术当时、术后２、５、７、１０天于滤过泡内注射干扰素一次（１０万ｕ／次），同时进行滤过泡、滤过功能及眼压的观察。结果显示，干扰...Abstract A study on the suppressive effect of interferon on the formation of filtering surgical scar was carried out.Trabeculectomy was performed on 27 eyes.100,000 units of interferon were subconjunctivally injected at the filtering bleb during the operation and on the second,5th,7th and 10th post operation day.The filtering bleb,filtering function and IOP were observed.The result show that interferon can reduce the scar,improve filtering function,stabilize IOP and can be tried clinically.
