摘  要:〔目的〕建立快速测定保健品中违禁添加成分麻黄碱、伪麻黄碱和盐酸芬氟拉明的液相色谱-质谱/质谱(LC-MS/MS)检测方法。〔方法〕样品用甲醇-水(8+2)提取后,采用LC-MS/MS电喷雾正离子(ESI+)电离,多反应监测(MRM)模式检测,外标法定量。〔结果〕麻黄碱、伪麻黄碱和盐酸芬氟拉明的方法检测限分别为0.5mg/kg、0.5mg/kg、0.05mg/kg。在添加水平为0.5~25mg/kg的范围内,麻黄碱和伪麻黄碱的回收率为82.0%~99.2%;相对标准偏差(RSD)不高于7.9%;在添加水平为0.05~2.5mg/kg的范围内,盐酸芬氟拉明的回收率为83.1%~99.6%;相对标准偏差(RSD)不高于6.8%。〔结论〕本方法准确、灵敏、快捷,能够满足对保健品中违法添加的麻黄碱、伪麻黄碱和盐酸芬氟拉明的检测要求。Objective An effective rapid method was developed to determine ephedrine.pseudoephedrine and fenfluramine hydrochloride in health products by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). Method Samples were extracted with methanol-water (8+2), Electro-spray ionization in positive mode (ESI+) and muhiple reaction monitoring (MRM) were adopted, and external standard method was conducted. Result Limits of detection for ephedrine ,pseudoephedrine and fenfluramine hydrochloride were 0.5 mg/kg,0.5 mg/kg ,0.05 mg/kg respectively .The recovery rate of ephedrine and pscudoephedrine was 82.0%-99.2% in the range of 0.5-25 mg/kg.The RSD was less than 7.9%. The recovery rate of fenfluraminc hydrochloride was 83.1% -99.6% in the range of 0.05-2.5 mg/kg.The RSD was less than 6.8%. Conclusion This method is accurate, sensitive, and rapid, h can good meet demand on rapid detection of Ephedrine, Pseudoephedrine and Fenflurarmine hydroehloride in health products.
