摘　　要：我国社会经济的迅速发展,迫切要求提高高等职业技术教育的质量,高职院校"双师型"教师队伍的建设自然就成为高职院校建设的关键之一。结合高职教育和"双师型"教师的内涵、师资结构、基本素质与发展状况,采用比较研究方法对高职院校"双师型"教师的培养进行分析探讨,提出一些建设性建议。The development of Chinese social economy urgently demands higher technical and vocational education to improve the quality . So the cultivation of the academic-practical teachers becomes one of the key points to higher technical and vocational college. Combining the features and the actuality of higher education and academic-practical teachers, by means of literature,comparative research, and theoretical research ,this article puts forward some suggestions.
