摘　　要：在阐述动态配料控制器计量原理的基础上,优化了该控制器的称重模块、测速模块,并提出了一种新的PID控制算法。经带式输送机的实验证明:该控制器性能稳定,满足工业自动化使用的要求。Based on the principle of measurement of the controller, this article optimizes the design of weighting module and speeding module, and puts forward a new PID control algorithm. The experimental results show that this controller meets industrial automation requirements.
