摘 要:首先利用Peirce’s悬臂梁原理对造纸毛毯样品进行力学分析.将用数值方法计算得到的理论挠曲线与用斜面法测试得到的实际挠曲线进行对比,两者很好地符合说明了斜面法仍然适用于造纸毛毯的抗弯刚度测试.其次根据固体力学中悬臂梁横向振动固有频率表达式得到了计算固有频率fc.在共振原理基础上,用经典的激振法得到了造纸毛毯的测试固有频率ft.计算和实测固有频率之间存在良好的线性关系说明造纸毛毯计算固有频率正确可行.最后通过造纸毛毯结构调整来设计其固有频率.Firstly the paper-making felt specimen is analyzed based on the Pierce's cantilever principles. A mathematical approach simulates the bending of a felt specimen, which is compared to the actual bending curve. The conclusion can be drawn that the Peirce's method can also be used to measure the bending stiffness of paper-making felt. Secondly the calculation natural frequency fc is obtained from the natural frequency expression of lateral vibration of cantilever in solid mechanics. The test natural frequency f, is measured by forced vibration method based on the resonance theory. Linear correlation is constituted between the calculation natural frequency fc and the test natural frequency ft, which means the calculating natural frequency fc is feasible. Finally the natural frequency of paper-making felt can be designed by changing its structure.
