摘 要:目的探讨Lunx mRNA在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者外周血中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)技术检测80例NSCLC患者治疗前外周血中Lunx mRNA的表达,并以10例肺部良性疾病患者和10例健康志愿者外周血作为对照。结果NSCLC外周血Lunx mRNA阳性表达率为58.75%,而对照组均无表达。Lunx mRNA表达率与NSCLC组织学分级、临床分期有相关性,而与病理类型、行为状态评分无相关性。结论Lunx mRNA可作为检测NSCLC外周血循环癌细胞的良好分子标志物,其阳性表达与组织学分化差、临床分期较晚密切相关。Objective To investigate the expression and the clinical significance of Lunx mRNA in peripheral blood of patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods The expression of Lunx mRNA in venous blood was tested by RT-PCR. 80 patients with NSCLC were compared to 10 patients with pulmonary benign lesions and 10 healthy volunteers. Results The positive rate of Lunx mRNA expression was 58.75% in NSCLC patients. All of the healthy volunteers and patients with pulmonary benign lesions showed negative in Lunx mRNA expression. The expression of Lunx mRNA was closely related to histological grading, clinical stage. There was no significant correlation between Lunx mRNA expression and pathological type, proceeding state score. Conclusion Lunx mRNA is a superior molecular marker for the detection of circulating tumor cells in peripheral blood of patients with NSCLC. The expression of Lunx mRNA in peripheral blood is significantly correlated with poor histological grade, later clinical stage of NSCLC patients.
