摘 要:对自行研制的一船用空气推进导管螺旋桨系统的导管和桨后整流支架的空气动力学性能在试验雷诺数范围进行了风洞模型试验研究。研究结果表明,导管和桨后整流支架明显改善了系统的空气动力学性能,螺旋桨系统的推力系数和效率都有较明显提高,螺旋桨系统的原地静推力和倒车性能也得到很大改善。The experimental research on the influence of duct and stator behind the propeller on the aerodynamic performance of air-duct-propeller for propulsion of watercraft is developed in three-dimensional test section of NF-3 wind tunnel. The experimental Reynolds number gets 4. 00 105-7. 15 105 with chord length r/R = 0. 70。 At the designed leaf angle of propeller, the optimizing experiment of installing angle of stator is completed and then at the selected optimizing installing angle of stator and different leaf angle of propeller the research experiment on the influence of duct and stator behind the propeller on the aerodynamic performance of air-duct-propeller is carried out. It is shown from the experimental result that duct and the stator behind propeller are able efficiently to improve the aerodynamics performance of duct-propeller, and the thrust coefficient and efficiency of duct-propeller are increased separately by 25. 20% and 29. 15% in the range of advancing ratio and leaf angle of propeller. The thrust of propeller at zero advancing speed and the backward force are efficiently enhanced.
