摘  要:选取20头荷斯坦种公牛,单因子试验设计,随机分为4组,分别饲喂基础日粮(对照组)和β-胡萝卜素添加水平为25 mg/kg、50 mg/kg、100 mg/kg的试验日粮(按日粮风干物质计),试验期为6个月,观察不同β-胡萝卜素添加水平对种公牛精液品质和血清指标的影响。结果表明:①添加β-胡萝卜素可极显著地提高种公牛血清β-胡萝卜素含量(P<0.01),而血清和精清中睾酮的浓度随β-胡萝卜素添加水平的提高呈先上升后下降趋势。②日粮中添加50 mg/kgβ-胡萝卜素,种公牛的射精量和鲜精活力显著高于对照组(P<0.05),精液密度极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),但与100 mg/kg添加组间差异不显著(P>0.05);而冻后活力、畸形率和顶体完整率3项指标各组间均无显著差异(P>0.05)。③不同β-胡萝卜素添加水平对荷斯坦种公牛血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、一氧化氮(NO)、丙二醛(MDA)和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)的影响极显著(P<0.01),而对血清过氧化氢酶(CAT)无显著影响(P>0.05)。综合分析表明:种公牛日粮中β-胡萝卜素的适宜添加量为50 mg/kg。Twenty breeding Holstein bulls assigned randomly to four groups were fed with basal diet (CK) and basal diets added with different levels of β-carotene (25 mg/kg,50 mg/kg, 100 mg/kg,respectively,for six months to investigate β-carotene level on semen quality and serum parameters. The plasma β-carotene was significantly raised (P 〈 0. 01 ) , while the testosterone in seminal plasma and serum was increased first and then decreased. 50 mg/kg β-carotene addition in the diet led to higher ejaculation and motility of spermatozoa compared to CK(P〈0.05). However,there was no significant difference in freeze-thawed motility,abnormalities rate and acrosomal integrity of sperm between treatments(P〉0.05). The activities of GSH-Px,SOD, NO,MDA and T-AOC were significantly influenced by all three levels of β-carotene addition (P 〈 0.01 ). It could be concluded that the optimal supplementation of β-carotene was 50 mg/kg in the diet of Holstein bull.
