摘　　要：本文提出和解释了ISO9000质量管理体系的精髓是管理的"过程模式",通过过程模式的采用,高职院校能够从一开始就关注教育教学服务的质量,并通过三种机制确保形成高职院校的"市场-教育-就业"模式,从而证实ISO9000质量管理体系对于高职院校的适应性。This article brings forward and explains ＂process model＂ of management is the essence for the ISO9000 quality management system. Through the adoption of ＂process model＂, higher vocational colleges can concern the quality of education services from the beginning, and ensure the formation of＂ market - education - employment＂ model by three mechanisms in higher vocational colleges. Thus the adaptability of ISO9000 quality management system in higher vocational colleges is certified.
