摘  要:以新都柚(Citrus grandisvarXinduyou)为试材,研究了套袋对果实贮藏品质的影响。结果表明:套袋果实不易失重;贮藏后期,套袋果可滴定酸含量超过对照;套袋果Vc含量一直高于对照;对照果的MDA累积速率很快,并且一直高于套袋果;套袋果与对照果的POD活性变化趋势相反,贮藏40d后,套袋果的POD活性开始上升,并超过对照;采收时CAT活性低于对照,贮藏80d时测量,虽仍低于对照,但差异变小。Fruit of Citrus grandis vat. Xinduyou were used as material for studying the effects of bagging on storage quality. Results showed the bagging-fruit was not easy to lose water. At the later stage of storage,the content of titratable acid and Vc were higher in bagged fruits than that in unbagged fruit, MDA content in unbagged fruits was higher than that in bagged fruit ; the trend of POD' s activity was opposite between bagged and unbagged fruit. After 40 days, POD' s activity in bagged fruit begain rising and exceeded unbagged' s ; When harvesting, CAT' s activity in bagged was lower than that in the unbagged fruit, but after 80 days, the difference became smaller.
