摘 要:目的考察中药材皂角刺中白桦脂酸型三萜类化合物化学成分的组成及其抗菌活性。方法用溶剂萃取、反复柱层析方法,分离纯化皂角刺中白桦脂酸型三萜类化合物,并通过NMR,MS等波谱技术确定其化学结构;用纸片扩散法测定化合物的抗菌活性。结果从皂角刺中分离得到5个白桦脂酸型三萜类化合物,结构鉴定为白桦脂酸(1),alphitolic acid(2),3β-O-trans-p-coumaroyl alphitolic acid(3),3β-O-trans-p-caffeoyl alphitolic acid(4)和zizyberanalic acid(5)。5个化合物对试验菌表现出强弱不等的抑制活性。结论中药材皂角刺中一系列白桦脂酸型三萜类化合物,具有强弱不等的抗菌活性,应该和皂角刺的"搜风、拔毒"功效有关。Aim To investigate the constituents of lupane-type triterpenoids from the stings of Gleditsia sinensis Lam. and examine their antimierobial activity. Methods The lupane-type triterpenoids were isolated with methods of extraction and repeated column chromatography, and their structure were elucidated on the basis of NMR, MS techniques. Their activities were examined by in-vitro bioassay. Results Five lupane-type triterpenoids were isolated from the stings of G. sinensis Lam. , their structure were elucidated as betulinic acid( 1 ), alphitolic acid (2), 3β-O-trans-p-eoumaroyl alphitolic acid (3), 3β-O-trans-p-eaffeoyl alphitolic acid (4) and zizyberanalic acid (5). All the five compounds showed different degree antimierobial activity. Condusion The anti-virus function of Gleditsia sinensis Lam. would be based on the constituents of lupane-type triterpenoids, this research result would be useful for the development of this herb.
