摘  要:目的研究锌缺乏对初生肉仔鸡血清和下丘脑的一些摄食相关因子的影响。方法288只1d龄AA鸡公雏按体重随机分为3组:锌缺乏组(10.1mg/kgZn)、正常组(41.8mg/kgZn)和配对组。每组8个重复,每个重复12只鸡。结果锌缺乏显著降低了肉仔鸡出壳后前2w的日增重和饲料转化率,且与日龄相关的方式影响平均日采食量(ADFI),即对前2d的ADFI无显著影响,从D3起出现显著降低。锌缺乏显著降低了血清锌、葡萄糖和瘦素水平,显著提高了下丘脑神经肽Y水平及其基因表达,而对血清胰岛素、胰高血糖素、胰岛素/胰高血糖素摩尔比及下丘脑腺苷一磷酸激活的蛋白激酶(AMPK)活性无显著影响。结论锌缺乏可使一些摄食调节因子水平及基因表达发生变化,但变化趋势与其摄食调节功能及动物采食量降低结果不相符,机制尚需研究。Objective To investigate the effect of zinc deficiency on some factors regulating feed intake in serum and hypothalamus in newly-hatched chickens. Method A total of 288 male AA chickens (1 d) were randomly allotted to one of three treatments, including zinc-deficient group (10.1 mg/kg Zn), control group (41.8 mg/kg Zn) and pair-fed group. Each group contained 8 replicates with 12 chickens per replicate. Results Zinc deficiency decreased significantly daily weight gain and feed/gain during 2 w after hatch, and influenced average daily feed intake (ADFI) with age. ADFI in zinc-deficient chickens was not affected during 2 d after hatch, but declined significantly from D 3. Zinc deficiency decreased significantly serum zinc, glucose and leptin levels, and increased significantly hypothalamic neuropeptide Y (NPY) and NPY mRNA levels, but did not affect serum insulin, glucagon, insulin/glucagon molar ratio and hypothalamic AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) activity. Conclusion Zinc deficiency might cause some factors regulating feed intake or their gene expression to decrease or increase, not agreed with their functions of regulating feeding behavior and the reduced feed intake in animals. Therefore, the mechanim of zinc deficiency-induced anorexia need further studies.
